{"id":1064,"date":"2020-06-08T07:23:50","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T06:23:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theproject.me.uk\/?p=1064"},"modified":"2020-06-08T07:23:50","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T06:23:50","slug":"proactive-reactive-campaigning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.theproject.me.uk\/?p=1064","title":{"rendered":"Proactive &#038; Reactive Campaigning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans, sans-serif;\"><b>There are two kinds of political action : proactive and reactive. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans, sans-serif;\"><b>Much in the same way as many protests are reactive, they should not be mistaken as the only form of campaigning, which is long term long term in nature. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans, sans-serif;\"><b>That&#8217;s why we always need to focus upon a wide number of immediate issues which are at a crucial stage or critical crisis point.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans, sans-serif;\"><b> That&#8217;s why most of my attention is focused upon stopping the Nukiller power industry, pedestrianising our cities, reversing the brexit disaster, antimilitarism, and pushing for proper recycling schemes. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans, sans-serif;\"><b>For many of these issues our time to solve them is very short indeed. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: DejaVu Sans, sans-serif;\"><b>Long term or short term, it is consistent hard slog campaigning work that&#8217;s needed.<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are two kinds of political action : proactive and reactive.
