This expression goes with the
\n\u2018Use Now and Pay Later\u2019
\nway of thinking.<\/p>\n
It also goes hand in hand with a way of thinking which includes
\nthat of paying by credit card,
\n\u2018pay day loans\u2019,
\nincreasing personal loans
\nbuilding up national debts,
\nand in turn the kind of global financial mess we are all so familiar
\nwith right now.<\/p>\n
The same principle also seems to apply when it comes to just how
\nwe all will have to continue to pay to look after nukiller waste for
\nmany centuries after these plants have been closed.<\/p>\n
