Here is a true story which should get you thinking.<\/p>\n
All the staff in the library started to notice that books
\nwere being put upon the shelves in a very random order.<\/p>\n
This was not just the normal odd book being put back in the
\nwrong place,
\nbut whole sequences of books being placed out of order, on,
\nor around, the shelves they should of been on.<\/p>\n
What made this much more mysterious was the fact that it
\nwould happen on various random days, & upon various
\nrandom shelves around the library.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
One evening C left work at 20.00. having made sure that all
\nthe books in the Reference library were in perfect Dewey
\norder.<\/p>\n
The next morning she came in a 09.00. & found that the same
\nrandom ordering had occurred upon the shelves over night.<\/p>\n
Who could be doing this?<\/p>\n
– Not the staff.<\/p>\n
– Not The Library Users.<\/p>\n
C went & looked upon what was on the library CCTV
\nfootage for the time period that she was away from the
\nlibrary.<\/p>\n
Sure enough – – –<\/p>\n
C found just what she had been looking for.<\/p>\n
At 05.00. the cleaner had been in.<\/p>\n
The cleaner had been taking the books off the shelves in
\norder to clean behind them.<\/p>\n
What she had not done was to place them back upon the
